For the 1 Day Supply we recommend the Citrus Sky as the Juice, The Detox Superfood-Shake as the Shake and the Maca Bites for the Energy Bites .
If you choose the 5 Day option you will receive a different Juice every day and a different Superfood Shake. The energy bites we do 3 flavors and they will rotate each day.
We recommend having the products in the following order:
1. A 100% Cold-Pressed Juice to get all the nutrients into your blood first thing in the morning. We recommend the Juice at around 8am (*also drink a large glass of at least 12oz of water right before).
2. A fully balanced Superfood Shake to hit every spot. Clean plant powered protein, low-glycemic carbohydrates, healthy fats and NO added sugars. We recommend having the Shake around 10am.
3. Energy bites made to kick any craving. Enjoy these before your first meal of the day. We recommend eating the energy bites between 11:30 and 1pm.
You should then be ready for your first meal at around 2pm :)
