A: We deliver Monday – Saturday between 8:00am and 10:30am. We can deliver to your home or office, just let us know during checkout in the checkboxes provided.
During checkout please provide us your Name for delivery and check the boxes provided to let us know whether you are a residential or office location and which area you are located. Your order will go to the name and place you provide and arrive at the time you request during checkout.

A: Simply choose any of our products or MEMBERSHIPS and add your items to the cart. Upon Checkout be sure to “create account” to create a User Profile and ensure faster checkout next time. Get your order in by 2pm to ensure delivery the following day.

A: All payments are made online. Our online payment platform is 100% safe and secure. We are SSL Certified to make sure your sensitive information remains private, even from us.
You can also pay via bank transfer or in store at 116 Cannon Place, Industrial Park.

A: Please return all glass jars to our store at 116 Cannon Place, Industrial Park and receive $1.00 in store credit per glass jar (all sizes).
Alternatively you can leave it at the same place our drivers deliver to you (For example: On your front doorstep, at reception of your office etc).
Please note if we collect the glass jars there will be no credit added to your account. For the $1 return credit you need to bring the glass to the store and use the credit in store same day.
